Freshservice is an online ITIL service desk with a fresh twist.

Freshservice è una soluzione di gestione del service desk IT IT facile da usare, semplice da configurare e basata su ITIL nel cloud. L'app mobile Freshservice orientata alla produttività è stata progettata tenendo presente la flessibilità di un agente IT per rimanere connessi, "in viaggio". 1. Notifiche push per essere sempre al top.
2. Creare o rispondere ai ticket, assegnarli agli agenti, modificare la priorità e la data di scadenza, contrassegnarli come spam o eliminarli.
