Gioca nei panni e combatti contro i personaggi di Godzilla Omniverse in questo gioco di combattimento d'azione di mostri/kaiju 2D.
Il gioco ruota attorno al combattimento tra mostri giganti 2D. Partecipa a combattimenti corpo a corpo ravvicinati, attacchi con presa o combattimenti a raggi. Ogni personaggio è dotato di un set unico di poteri e abilità speciali. Tutti i personaggi hanno uno speciale attacco "Furia" che funge da abilità più potente del personaggio, che può essere utilizzata per cambiare le sorti del combattimento in qualsiasi momento. Alcune fasi includono edifici che possono fungere da pericolo se i mostri vengono lanciati su di essi o se crollano sopra di essi.
Tutti i mostri hanno un attacco base e pesante e varianti di attacchi accovacciati e saltati da utilizzare contro un nemico.
Tutti i mostri non sono uguali! Ci sono mostri deboli così come quelli forti. Il gioco consente ai giocatori di scegliere un mostro di qualsiasi livello per combattere i mostri nemici di qualsiasi livello. Un giocatore che utilizza un mostro debole può allearsi con uno o più mostri deboli aggiuntivi per affrontarne uno più forte. Oppure scegli un mostro forte e combatti contro un nemico solitario o una squadra di mostri nemici deboli.
