Su Breathe
Breathe ha 3 esercizi di default e ti permette di crearne di personalizzati:
- Respirazione Equivalente: aiuta a rilassarsi, concentrarsi ed essere più presenti.
- Respirazione Quadrata: nota anche come respirazione a quattro quadrati, è una tecnica semplice ed altamente efficace per alleviare lo stress.
- Respirazione 4-7-8: nota anche come ""respiro rilassante"", aiuta a conciliare il sonno. L'esercizio è consideratoun rilassante naturale che agisce sul sistema nervoso inducendo il corpo ad uno stato di calma.
- Esercizi personalizzati: crea i tuoi esercizi personalizzati, senza limiti di numero e fasi regolabili fino a mezzo secondo.

- Testa la tua capacità di trattenere il fiato e tieni traccia dei tuoi prorgressi.
- Ricevi notifiche per seguire la tua routine
- Respirazione guidata tramite voce femminile, maschile o allerta sonora

- Tieni traccia dei tuoi progressi grazie a grafici semplici ed intuitivi
