Rotaville is a staff rota app for shift teams. Check your rota, get shift reminders, share your availability and request holidays from your phone. Managers can add, edit and repeat shifts on the go, and build the full rota on the web.
A rota on paper or in a spreadsheet goes out of date as soon as something changes, and staff end up asking who is working. Rotaville gives your team one up-to-date work rota to check on their phones. When a shift changes, the people on it get a notification, and staff get a reminder before each shift starts.
What staff can do:
Sign in with the same details you use on the website. From the app you can:
• See your upcoming shifts and tap one for the details
• Get a notification when one of your shifts changes
• Get a reminder before each shift starts
• Set your availability for each day
• Accept or decline new shifts, or show interest in one
• Send a holiday request
• Read memos and reply to them
• Chat with the team, or message a manager privately
• Call, text or email a colleague from their profile
• Add your shifts to Google Calendar with a private feed (Google can take up to a day to show a change)
Managers choose what their staff can see and do, including whether staff see the whole rota or only their own shifts. Choose which notifications you get under Settings, in the app's menu.
