勤務時間アカウントは、「勤務時間記録」アプリをさらに発展させたものです。
個人的な仕事や自由時間を記録し、明確に準備するために使用されます。
複数のワークステーションを管理できるため、ジョブが変更されたときに古いデータを削除したり、並列ジョブ/プロジェクトを個別に管理したりする必要がなくなります。
携帯電話での表示には日次、週次、月次、年次ビューが利用可能で、それぞれの標準ビューとして定義することもできます。
勤務時間を記録するには、ワークステーションごとにウィジェットを作成するか、内部タイム クロック アプリを使用します。どちらもNFCタグで制御することもできます。
画面に表示するだけでなく、週次、月次、または年次レポートを PDF または CSV ファイルとして生成できます。作成したレポートは電子メールやメッセンジャーで送信したり、プリンター アプリに渡したりすることができます。
