Sobre Arbeitszeitkonto
A conta de tempo de trabalho é o desenvolvimento do aplicativo “Registro de tempo de trabalho”.
É usado para registrar seu trabalho pessoal e tempo livre e prepará-lo com clareza.
Várias estações de trabalho podem ser gerenciadas para que os dados antigos não precisem ser excluídos quando um trabalho for alterado ou para gerenciar trabalhos/projetos paralelos separadamente.
Estão disponíveis para visualização no telemóvel uma visualização diária, semanal, mensal e anual, que também pode ser definida como as respectivas visualizações padrão.
Para registrar o horário de entrada e saída do seu horário de trabalho, você pode criar um widget para cada estação de trabalho ou usar o aplicativo de relógio de ponto interno. Ambos também podem ser controlados com tags NFC.
Além de exibi-los na tela, você pode gerar relatórios semanais, mensais ou anuais em arquivos PDF ou CSV. Você pode enviar os relatórios criados por e-mail ou messenger ou, por exemplo, entregá-los em um aplicativo de impressora.
Dois modelos de turno estão disponíveis.
- Camadas parciais
A jornada de trabalho é dividida em blocos de horário de trabalho 1x.
O tempo central, tempo de intervalo, localização e outros valores gerais podem ser predefinidos para cada bloco.
A visualização diária lista todos os turnos definidos, cujos valores podem ser alterados diariamente, se necessário.
Este modelo de turnos é adequado para quem trabalha regularmente em vários turnos curtos, por exemplo nos sectores da restauração ou da enfermagem.
- Turnos completos ou turnos alternados
A jornada de trabalho tem um turno, com horários alterados periodicamente.
Para cada turno pode ser criado um modelo no qual são predefinidos horários de núcleo, tempos de intervalo, localização e valores gerais.
Apenas um turno aparece na visualização diária, para o qual os modelos relevantes para esse dia podem ser selecionados.
Este modelo de turnos é adequado para todos que geralmente trabalham apenas um turno por dia, em turnos alternados, por ex. Por exemplo, turnos de madrugada, tarde e noite ou trabalho em vários projetos, para vários clientes, etc.
Além desses turnos, turnos podem ser adicionados diariamente conforme necessário. Isto é, por exemplo. Isto é útil, por exemplo, para inserir meio dia de férias no modelo de turno completo ou para registar 25% de incapacidade para o trabalho.

Os dados também podem ser restaurados pressionando um botão.
Isso significa que você pode transferir facilmente seus dados para outro dispositivo.
A versão de código aberto do “PDFjet” (www.pdfjet.com) é usada para gerar os arquivos PDF.
