Sobre Arbeitszeitkonto
La cuenta del tiempo de trabajo es un desarrollo posterior de la aplicación "Registro del tiempo de trabajo".
Se utiliza para registrar su trabajo personal y tiempo libre y prepararlo con claridad.
Se pueden administrar varias estaciones de trabajo para que no sea necesario eliminar los datos antiguos cuando cambia un trabajo o para administrar trabajos/proyectos paralelos por separado.
Se encuentran disponibles para su visualización en el teléfono móvil una vista diaria, semanal, mensual y anual, que también se pueden definir como las respectivas vistas estándar.
Para registrar la entrada y salida de sus horas de trabajo, puede crear un widget para cada estación de trabajo o utilizar la aplicación de reloj interno. Ambos también se pueden controlar con etiquetas NFC.
Además de mostrarlos en tu pantalla, puedes generar informes semanales, mensuales o anuales como archivos PDF o CSV. Puede enviar los informes creados por correo electrónico o mensajería instantánea o, por ejemplo, entregarlos a una aplicación de impresora.
Hay dos modelos de turno disponibles.
- Capas parciales
La jornada laboral se divide en bloques de tiempo de trabajo de 1x.
El tiempo central, el tiempo de descanso, la ubicación y otros valores generales se pueden preestablecer para cada bloque.
La vista diaria enumera todos los turnos definidos, cuyos valores se pueden cambiar diariamente si es necesario.

Además de estos turnos, se pueden agregar turnos diariamente según sea necesario. Esto es, por ejemplo. Esto es útil, por ejemplo, para introducir medio día de vacaciones en el modelo de turno completo o para registrar un 25% de incapacidad laboral.
