Über Arbeitszeitkonto
Arbeitszeitkonto (Paketname: askanimus.arbeitszeiterfassung2) wird von askanimus@gmail.com entwickelt und die neueste Version von Arbeitszeitkonto 2.10.003 wurde am 20. September 2024 aktualisiert. Arbeitszeitkonto ist die Weiterentwicklung der App "Arbeitszeiterfassung".
Sie dient dazu, Ihre persönlichen Arbeits- und Freizeiten zu erfassen und übersichtlich aufzubereiten.
Es können mehrere Arbeitsplätze verwaltet werden, um bei einen Jobwechsel alte Daten nicht löschen zu müssen oder um parallele Jobs/Projekte getrennt zu verwalten.
Zur Ansicht auf dem Handy stehen eine Tages-, Wochen-, Monats- und Jahresansicht zur Verfügung, die auch als jeweilige Standartansichten definiert werden können.
Zum Ein- und Ausstempeln Ihrer Arbeitszeiten können Sie für jeden Arbeitsplatz ein Widget anlegen oder die App interne Stempeluhr nutzen. Beide können auch mit NFC Tags gesteuert werden.
Zusätzlich zur Darstellung auf Ihren Bildschirm, können Sie wöchentliche, monatliche oder jährliche Berichte als PDF oder CSV Datei generieren. Die erstellten Berichte können Sie per eMail oder Messanger versenden oder z.B. an eine Druckerapp übergeben.
Es stehen zwei Schichtmodelle zur Verfügung.
- Teilschichten
Der Arbeitstag ist in 1-x Arbeitszeitblöcke aufgeteilt.
Für jeden Block kann die Kernzeit, die Pausenzeit, der Einsatzort und andere pauschale Werte vorbelegt werden.
In der Tagesansicht werden alle definierten Schichten aufgelistet, deren Werte bei Bedarf täglich geändert werden können.
Dieses Schichtmodell eignet sich für alle, die regelmässig mehrere kurze Schichten arbeiten z.B. in der Gastronomie oder im Pflegebereich.
- Vollschichten bzw. Wechselschichten
Der Arbeitstag hat eine Schicht, mit periodisch wechselnden Zeiten.
Für jede Schicht kann eine Vorlage erstellt werden, in der Kernzeiten, Pausenzeit, Einsatzort und pauschale Werte vorbelegt werden.
In der Tagesansicht erscheint nur eine Schicht, für die aus den Vorlagen, die für diesen Tag relevante, ausgewählt werden kann.
Geeignet ist dieses Schichtmodell für alle die generell nur eine Schicht am Tag arbeiten, die in Wechselschicht, z. B. Früh-, Spät- und Nachtschicht oder an mehreren Projekten, für mehrere Kunden etc arbeiten.
Zusätzlich zu diesen Schichten können täglich noch Schichten nach Bedarf hinzugefügt werden. Dies ist z. B. hilfreich, um im Vollschichtmodell einen halben Urlaubstag einzutragen oder 25% Arbeitsunfähigkeit zu erfassen.
Ab- und Anwesenheiten können nach eigenen Bedürfnissen gelöscht, hinzugefügt oder angepasst werden werden.
Eine einfache Verwaltung Ihrer Urlaubstage ist ebenfalls enthalten.
Sie tragen in den Einstellungen Ihren Anspruch auf Jahresurlaub und den Resturlaub zum Aufzeichnungsbeginn ein und die App zeigt in der Jahresansicht jeder Zeit Ihren aktuellen Stand an Urlaubstagen an.
Der Resturlaub vom Vorjahr wird ins neue Jahr übertragen und kann bis zu einen Stichtag,
voreingestellt ist der 31. März, abgebaut werden. Alle Tage, die am Stichtag nicht abgebaut wurden verfallen. Dieser Stichtag kann für jedes Jahr festgelegt werden.
Ebenso können Sie den errechneten Urlaubsanspruch überschreiben.
Als eine weitere wichtige Funktion ist eine Datensicherung enthalten.
Diese Funktion erstellt Tagesaktuelle Sicherungen auf Knopfdruck und legt sie dort ab, wo Sie es wünschen.
Die Wiederherstellung der Daten erfolgt ebenso auf Knopfdruck.
Damit übertragen Sie Ihre Daten auch einfach auf ein anderes Gerät.
Zum erzeugen der PDF-Dateien wird die Open Source Variante von "PDFjet" (www.pdfjet.com) verwendet.
