As a Family Zone customer, you enjoy peace of mind when your kids are online. Now we’re introducing a new feature to help keep tabs on them in the real world.
It’s called Location and it works by tracking your child’s mobile device and displaying its location right on your own device.
If you’d like to use this new feature, update Mobile Zone on your child’s device, go to settings, and enable location. Now, to locate your child’s device simply open Zone Manager and select Insights > Location

Family Zone notifies you when a registered device hasn’t been seen by our server for more than 24 hours. This security feature is intended to serve as a warning that filters on that device may have been disabled. However, in some cases registered devices are used only occasionally - for example, a family tablet that’s only in use on weekends.
