Grazie allo specialista delle pompe WILO SE di Dortmund la tecnologia delle pompe ad alta efficienza è ora disponibile su smartphone e tablet dei tecnici specializzati in impianti idrosanitari e dei progettisti di impianti termotecnici di tutto il mondo. L'"Wilo-Assistant" gratuito consente di portare in tasca informazioni e funzioni in una quantità enorme che finora era disponibile soltanto in documentazioni scritte o su internet. In qualità di applicazione mobile facile da usare, è di aiuto per la progettazione, la consulenza ai clienti e l'installazione. Oltre a ciò l'utente troverà tantissimi argomenti validi a favore di una tecnologia ad alto rendimento energetico, economica ed ecologica delle pompe per il riscaldamento, il condizionamento e la circolazione di acqua calda sanitaria.
Ai tecnici specializzati per impianti idrosanitari viene fornito un valido supporto per la preparazione e il follow-up di operazioni di assistenza e di montaggio, per i lavori nel locale caldaia del cliente e anche in caso di colloqui di consulenza. L'App consente all'utente di accedere in modo mirato alle informazioni sul rispettivo prodotto nonché al know-how relativo alla tecnologia delle pompe. La maggior parte dei dati e delle funzioni viene installata sullo smartphone o sul tablet ed è pertanto disponibile anche in mancanza di collegamento mobile a Internet o WLAN. In questo modo l'utente non sovraccarica il suo volume di dati e può operare a prescindere dalle condizioni di ricezione del luogo di impiego.
Funzioni:
● Guida comparativa interattiva per le pompe di riscaldamento e acqua calda sanitaria: Basta semplicemente immettere la denominazione della pompa da sostituire e già si riceve il nome della pompa di ricambio Wilo consigliata ad alta efficienza più adatta. Per la ricerca vengono prese in considerazione migliaia di pompe vecchie comunemente reperibili in commercio a partire dall'anno di costruzione 1975.
● Calcolatore di risparmio: Calcola il possibile potenziale di risparmio di costi energetici e di CO2 in caso di impiego di una pompa Wilo ad alta efficienza e a ridotto consumo di energia elettrica rispetto a una pompa per riscaldamento non regolata.
● Catalogo breve Pompe con rotore bagnato: Visualizzazione della descrizione catalogo per pompe con rotore bagnato Wilo
● Dimensionamento della pompa: Una volta stabilito il punto di lavoro desiderato della pompa (portata Q in m³/h e prevalenza H in m), il server Wilo si occupa del dimensionamento della pompa proponendo nel giro di pochi secondi la pompa Wilo più adatta.
● Segnalazione guasto: il tool "Segnalazione guasto" contiene informazioni basilari sulle possibili segnalazioni di guasto che vengono visualizzate sul display della pompa in determinati prodotti Wilo. Per alcune segnalazioni di guasto il tool menziona la causa del guasto, fornisce una sua descrizione e indica un possibile rimedio oltre a fornire avvertenze sui pericoli basilari.
● Ricerca di prodotti Wilo: Dopo avere immesso la denominazione prodotto o il codice articolo, grazie alla ricerca di prodotti Wilo si giunge direttamente alla descrizione della rispettiva serie.
