Another maintenance release with fixes and small upgrades
-Fixed network code on main thread. LAN Multiplayer is fixed (let me know though if any errors).
-Updated main menu UI
-I added a device db for performance mapping. Post processing might be enabled by default on new installs.
-Updated post processing shaders, added post processing to other menus.
-Fixed a few crashes
I will work next on improving physics, remaining crashes.

This release brings bug fixes and new fetures. Notable changes:
Fixed a few crashes.
Fixed Split Screen.
Added post processing option to Display menu. This adds depth of field and/or bloom. Make sure you have a high end device. Requires a device with similar performance of the classic Nvidia Shield (the original one) or better. Feedback on the effect and problems if any is appreciated.
Known issues. Network code is deprecated and doesn't work anymore. I am working on it.
