L'app calcola gli orari migliori per dormire e gli orari migliori per svegliarsi! Si basa su cicli di sonno di 90 minuti e calcola a ritroso. Svegliarsi durante un ciclo di sonno può farti sentire stanco, ma svegliarti dopo un ciclo può farti sentire più riposato!
L'autorizzazione IMPOSTA ALLARME è necessaria affinché l'app possa aprire l'applicazione di sveglia se desideri impostare una sveglia a una determinata ora.
