О Sleepytime
Приложение рассчитывает лучшее время для сна и лучшее время для пробуждения! Он основан на циклах сна продолжительностью 90 минут и рассчитывается в обратном порядке. Пробуждение во время цикла сна может вызвать у вас чувство усталости, но пробуждение после цикла может заставить вас чувствовать себя более отдохнувшим!
Разрешение SET ALARM необходимо для того, чтобы приложение могло открыть приложение будильника, если вы хотите установить будильник в определенное время.
