O app calcula os melhores horários para você dormir e os melhores horários para você acordar! Baseia-se em ciclos de sono de 90 minutos e é calculado de trás para frente. Acordar durante um ciclo de sono pode fazer você se sentir cansado, mas acordar depois de um ciclo pode fazer você se sentir mais revigorado!
A permissão SET ALARM é necessária para que o aplicativo abra seu aplicativo de alarme se você desejar definir um alarme em um determinado horário.
