I think notepad should be a pure notepad, more simple more best. This system uses the database to keep data, you can have a paging function, a sorting function and search these data by keywords, it's very easy to use.
The Barcode were utilized is more widely, the system just scan the barcode to save into database, you can view it anytime and if the content is a web site, you can go to the url directly.
This software is multi-language version, if you want to scan barcode, yoou have to install Zxing barcode scanner first.
