Robur Smartool permette di aggiornare il firmware e consultare lo storico eventi e la configurazione di K18 (pompa di calore ad assorbimento a casa per uso residenziale), DDC (Pannello Digitale di Controllo delle GAHP), CCI (Comfort Control Interface) e configurare Roburberry (dispositivo di tele-controllo delle unità GAHP).
Robur Smartool è un canale diretto con il Dipartimento Assistenza Tecnica di Robur: permette infatti di inviare tutti i dati relativi alle unità a cui si collega per poter avere una veloce e precisa diagnosi della situazione.
