After nearly a decade of providing this service we decided to shut down Netalyzr as of the
first week of March 2019. It pains us greatly to do so, but each team
member has at this point moved on to other responsibilities. Thanks

Netalyzr for Android is the free (and ad-free) mobile version of the popular network debugging tool Netalyzr. It analyzes a wide range of properties of your Internet connection that you should care about, including blocking of important services, HTTP caching behavior and proxy correctness, your DNS server's resilience to abuse, NAT detection, and (optionally) latency & bandwidth measurements. It reports its findings in a detailed report that highlights any identified problems. You can check out an example report from a real network at http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/restore/id=example-session in order to get a better idea of our tests.
Netalyzr is not only a debugging tool — it is also the foundation of a comprehensive measurement study compiling a survey of the health of the Internet's edge. Netalyzr is brought to you by a team of researchers at the International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley, California.
