Replace CM Gerrit with LineageOS

- Deleting the data for CM Gerrit can be done by long pressing on it from the Gerrit switcher (while another Gerrit is currently selected).

Auto Night Mode Theme

Changes to commenting and reviews

+ Added ability to add comments and labels on changes when viewing the details for a change. You MUST be signed in to leave comments and add labels. Only the labels and values you are permitted to add will appear to be set

+ Added a navigation drawer which provides easy access to the changes list, projects list and starred changes. You can also easily switch between different Gerrit instances you have used

+ Updated to support library v7

Bugfixes

Update SlimRoms gerrit url

Fixed a problem with not being able to fetch the latest commits if the server had been updated. Selecting the option to refresh from the menu will fetch the latest server version. Then a pull to refresh will get
the latest changes.

Refactoring to use Gerrit API library https://github.com/uwolfer/gerrit-rest-java-client. This library supports basic, digest and LDAP authentication.
A number of bugfixes including fixes around fetching change diffs and viewing changes in browser
