*Aggiungi attività dal modello
*Aggiungi soluzioni (utilizzando un modello di soluzione)
*Convalidare le soluzioni: accettare e rifiutare
*Compila sondaggi sulla soddisfazione
*I tecnici possono assegnarsi un ticket
*Utilizzare un modello di attività
Puoi anche:
*Caricare files
*Carica le foto della fotocamera
