Cellebrite Self Care Diagnostics enables consumers to easily detect and correct common mobile device problems anytime and anywhere. This self-serve capability provides fast resolutions without retail store visits, sending phones out for repair, or engaging call center resources. As a result, customer satisfaction increases while repair-associated costs drastically decrease.
Common trouble areas tested by this app include:
• Battery
• Device and applications performance (speed, stability, crash logs, etc.),
• Connectivity and calling
• Sound and vibration
• Camera
• Display, keyboard, and sensors
This app is intended for Cellebrite customers only and requires a dedicated code.

Please note that our diagnostics and buy-back Applications require a “BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN” permission, which enables such Applications to perform a reset of your mobile device to its factory settings. We will not use such permission and/or perform such reset without obtaining your explicit consent exclusively for such action prior to the performance thereof. Such permission is required in order for us to enable full usability of the diagnostics and buy-back Applications.
