HUGE update!
- Tech tree: technology goes from 1936 to 1980, and you can upgrade them in the shop. Alternatively, you can set the tech year of AI (or override the player's tech) in the map editor to increase the power differences between nations
- Commander perks: generals now have up to three distinct perks! There are currently 18 perks ranging from dealing critical hits (double damage) to healing every round.
- Bug fixes: tutorial bugs and various gameplay bugs fixed
