And also a separate section "Theory", where important and useful articles on the topic of meditation and mindfulness are published. This section is intended to complement the regular exercises with a deeper theoretical part.
Within thematic courses there are levels, each of which contains 10 lessons. Lessons open as you listen to them. For example, to open lesson number 2, you must first listen to lesson number 1, and so on in each course.
To get the proper effect from exercise, you first need to master the technique of meditation. It is not difficult and for this we have the Fundamentals course, which we ask you to take first. At a minimum, please complete the first 10 lessons of the Fundamentals course before moving on to the other sections.
The first 10 lessons of the Basics course are always available in the free version of the app. All other lessons and courses are available in a paid version.
In addition to courses and theory, the application includes:
