Axon is excited to announce Capture configurability. Agencies can now toggle on or off: import, photo, video, and audio. This configurability is managed from a dedicated Axon Capture settings page in Axon Evidence.
We are also introducing field validation support. This will allow agencies to block upload of media from capture that do not have either Evidence ID or Category inputted by the officer. Once the officer inputs the required field, then the evidence will be allowed to upload.
