• Peer support: science shows that we find it easier to build and maintain healthy habits when we're supported by our peers.
• Micro habits: don't start with a marathon! The building blocks of good health are often the simple things: drinking a glass of water, or getting out of the house for a walk. Start small and the larger things will follow.
• Tomo is based on Behavioural Activation Therapy BAT a leading 3rd generation therapy derived from CBT. tomo applies this to improve the symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.
• Research led: We're an evidence based product, and work with leading academic partners.
