In Android 10 they have eliminated the ability to directly launch an App (Activity) from a background app . If you are on Android 10, will now use a Notification to launch the Music player. If the screen is 'off' it will launch automatically. if the Screen is on, press the notification to launch the Music player. Either way, my App will attempt to start the music. The notification will disappear after 10 seconds on its own if you don't press it.
