HOW DOES IT WORK?
The citizen user receives communications from the mayor in real time (through push notifications) without registration; reads and can send messages / reports while remaining anonymous.
The auditor user, using the credentials provided by us for access, has three sections available:
Sent messages: list of all sent messages, which can be accessed to make changes or corrections.
Messages received: list of messages received from citizens, with indication of the user's code to monitor reports from the same person.
Send messages: form for sending messages (title, text and images).
The aim is to establish direct communication between the mayor and citizens, receive feedback, comments, messages and reply to everyone at the same time.
MAIN FEATURES
The citizen receives push notifications and reads the mayor's messages. Through the section "Write to the mayor", in turn, you can send messages or reports of any kind.
The citizen is not obliged to register. Once the application has been downloaded, he simply has to choose the municipality he belongs to without specifying his data. All with the utmost respect for privacy.
The application allows the citizen to receive valuable information without initial procedures. The mayor, on the other hand, has a simple tool at his disposal to keep in touch with citizens.
