It allows you to troubleshoot your appliance without placing a call to the service center. Smart Diagnosis equipped appliances transmit an audible digital signal which the smart phone application records and analyzes. The application then provides you with troubleshooting Steps based on the information transmitted by the appliance.
*LG Laundry Smart Diagnosis application will only work with LG Washer, Dryer or Dishwasher that has the SMART DIAGNOSIS logo.
