Kaion Tale 4.2.103 Update

* New: Items can now be enchanted with both World Stones and Dungeon Stones.
* Removed World Boss immunity when returning after moving too far away.
* World Boss damage after killing a player now scales with the number of consecutive kills.
* Fixed the size of Prestige icons.
* Fixed music not looping on some maps.
* Fixed an issue that only can exchange Essence level 8 on Npc Kaion
