SleepyTime è una app progettata per aiutarti a svegliarti nell'intervallo tra cicli di sonno, e permetterti di iniziare la giornata a mente lucida. 🌙
Quando dormi, entri in una serie di cicli di sonno della durata di circa 90 minuti, e anche se pensi di dormire per un giusto numero di ore, svegliarsi durante uno di questi cicli può farti sentire stordito e stanco. SleepyTime per Android ti permette di lavorare su questo fenomeno.
L'app supporta il calcolo del momento del risveglio, del momento di andare a dormire, e di quando svegliarti se vai a dormire adesso, e puoi impostare una sveglia con l'app. Perfetto per chi ha una fitta agenda e per gli studenti!
