No hay nada más importante que dormir bien por la noche, y levantarte con el pie derecho te permite disfrutar del día al máximo.
SleepyTime es una app diseñada para ayudarte a despertar entre ciclos de sueño y comenzar el día con la mente despejada. 🌙
Cuando te duermes, entras en una serie de ciclos de sueño que duran alrededor de 90 minutos. Pero, aunque pueda parecer que has dormido muchas horas, si te despiertas durante uno de estos ciclos te sentirás grogui y agotado. SleepyTime para Android evitará que ocurra eso.
La app te permitirá calcular cuando despertarte, cuando irte a dormir, y cuando despertarte si te acuestas ahora. Además puedes poner una alarma en la misma app. Es ideal para personas con un horario muy ajustado y para estudiantes.
