Aggiornamento Rally Tripmeter 5.1.0

• New menu: modes grouped by discipline, an Account screen and Record, Live and Demo shortcuts
• Help opens the new online User Manual, with an FAQ
• Pacenotes: corner grades are set by speed, with a Pace slider in Pacenote tuning
• Regularity: a restart after the finish keeps the ideal time right; a new speed target at a section boundary now applies; a Line start shows how to cancel it
• Corrected tutorials and translations
