L'app PhysiApp® ti consente di scaricare il tuo programma di esercizi a casa PhysiApp sul tuo telefono Android.
Una volta installata questa app sul tuo telefono Android, tutto ciò che devi fare è accedere all'app con il codice di accesso che hai ricevuto dal tuo operatore sanitario.
Successivamente, è possibile scaricare il programma di esercizi a casa su misura, costituito da video di esercizi ad alta definizione e chiaramente narrati. Puoi persino utilizzare Chromecast per riprodurre i video sul tuo dispositivo Chromecast.
Da ora, saprai esattamente quali esercizi ti sono stati prescritti e come dovresti eseguirli.
