Keep your own and your family medical information in your android in case of an emergency, or just to keep track of your medical history.
This free version is Ad supported, but if you upgrade, you'll get rid of the ad's and be able to create multiple profiles, and it's just a one time only upgrade, even if you uninstall the app or install it in another device, if you have upgraded once, no need to upgrade again, you'll have the full app for life.
Note. We do not keep any of your information, the information you store in this app, remains only in your device and you are responsible for that information and it's use. The internet permission we ask is only for publicity and for the upgrade feature.
