Su Just Run
Just Run è una semplice app di allenamento per aiutarti a correre. Ho creato questa app per alzarmi dal divano e iniziare a correre per arrivare a 5K. Attieniti al piano di allenamento e sarai in grado di correre 5K in 9 settimane. Funziona davvero!
Se sei già in grado di correre 5K, Just Run ha anche un piano di 6 settimane per aiutarti a raggiungere i 10K!
Piani di allenamento
- Da zero a 5K: ti porta da un'esperienza di corsa da zero assoluto a 5K in sole 9 settimane, con tre allenamenti di 30 minuti a settimana
- Da 5K a 10K: se puoi già eseguire 5K o hai finito da Zero a 5K, questo piano ti porta a 10K in sole 6 settimane
Caratteristiche
📅 Date target per ogni allenamento, calcolate in base ai tuoi progressi e giorni di allenamento ottimali
📣 Scegli tra più voci dell'allenatore, che ti dicono esattamente quando correre e camminare
📱 Notifica schermata di blocco in modo da non dover sbloccare il telefono per controllare i tuoi progressi
🚫 Nessuna pubblicità! Gli annunci non sono divertenti, quindi Just Run non ha annunci!
🎵 Funziona con app di musica, audiolibri e podcast: Just Run abbasserà brevemente il volume dell'altra app quando ti viene chiesto di correre e camminare, così non perderai mai un messaggio
🔽 Download minuscolo (meno di 3 MB), quindi Just Run occuperà pochissimo spazio sul tuo dispositivo
➕ Esegui l'upgrade a Premium per ottenere più voci dell'allenatore, più opzioni di temi e per supportare lo sviluppo continuo di Just Run

If you tend to forget your workout days, this update brings a Feature Preview for you! Premium users can try out Reminder Notifications on the Settings screen to get a notification on the day of your workouts, at a time you choose.
