Preparati per una gara di 10 km con l'app Corsa 10 Chilometri!
La forza del tuo corpo aumenterà gradualmente nel corso del tempo con il metodo "interval training". Nelle corso delle prossime 14 settimane la tua corsa migliorerà costantemente. Inizierai con intervalli di 1 minuto di jogging e passeggiate da 1,5 minuti. Una volta completate le corse il tuo corpo si rafforzerà e il programma diventerà lentamente più impegnativo. Sarai alla volta della tua corsa di 10 km senza nemmeno accortergene!
Porta il tuo dispositivo con te mentre corri! Ascolta la tua musica preferita e fatti spronare con le tue cuffiette per correre o camminare. Tutta la tua corsa sarà diretta attraverso le cuffiette o gli altoparlanti.
Guardando l'applicazione durante la tua corsa vedrai:
- Da quanto tempo stai correndo
- Quanto tempo ti manca per finire la tua corsa
- Quanto tempo ti manca per finire il tuo intervallo attuale
Hai bisogno di fermarti e legarti le scarpe? Metti in pausa la corsa! Oppure, premi Indietro / Prossimo per andare su intervalli diversi.
Caratteristiche della Corsa 10 Chilometri:
- Puoi utilizzarla fuori o su un tapis roulant
- Ascolta la tua musica durante la corsa - l'allenatore ti spronerà sopra la tua musica
- Puoi utilizzarla con qualsiasi applicazione musicale

- Controlli per gli intervalli di corsa
