CedolinoApp is a simple human resources management platform, aimed at labor consultants and HR offices of micro and small businesses.
The Labor Consultant or a payroll officer inside the company can carry the Cedolini, the Single Certification and any company document in a reserved area protected by SSL and pws Cataata 2048 bit.
CedolinoApp allows you to select a single cumulative file for all Payslips, Single Certification that will be automatically divided and assigned to a single user.
The operator can create, modify, independently remove all user profiles, allow the creation of individual users or multiple creation, identifying different fields (name, surname, fiscal code).
Multiple users can be created simultaneously by uploading a simple preset Excel sheet, which can be downloaded directly from the platform in the company section.
The creation of users requires the assignment of a random password and the operator can download a PDF file automatically filled with the list of users created, access credentials to be delivered to each employee.
For security reasons, the password must then necessarily be replaced at the first access of the user.
Once the access credentials have been received from the external consultant or payroll agent, the employee can access the portal independently and will replace the assigned password, choosing a new one.
Once the personal credentials have been accessed, the employee can:
- Access your profile
- display available documents
To view, download, print your own Cedolino, Single Certification and document the user will simply have to choose the ‘Manage folders’ menu.
