This webpage was originally very convenient and information-rich, compiled with reference to various documents.
Unfortunately, it's somewhat inconvenient to use on mobile devices, so this small program was developed for simple Cantonese pronunciation lookup.
Personally, the *Cantonese Pronunciation and Word Matching Database* is simply a tool for finding the pronunciation of unfamiliar characters, or for leisure and knowledge enhancement; it's not intended to promote a so-called "correct pronunciation" lifestyle.
The *Multifunctional Chinese Character Database* webpage launched by the Centre for Computing and Humanities at the Chinese University of Hong Kong now supports a mobile version, is very user-friendly, and offers a wealth of diverse information. I highly recommend using the web version directly.

Cantonese 2.0.19 Update

1. 增加刪除查詢紀錄、停止紀錄的功能
2. 好像很多人超愛舊版面，所以依舊截圖重建一次看看，但功能和能查詢的字有所限制，Dark Mode 有一點點問題有待解決（其實字的廣度不差很多，而且舊版因資料少真的比較快，能理解對舊版有需求的人）
3. 增加了暫存快取，來回翻找同一資料頁的情況下作業不須再上網抓一次資料（應該不會有人一直用上過千筆搜索罷....）

What's New:

先感謝用戶 Sam 與 Maxwell 的建議和測試。此版本修正了一些排版的瑕玼，以及重塑了一次底層的架構，以方便日後有需要時加上新功能。
另外參考了一些回饋，希望打開 app 時就直接能輸入，這方面也作出了一個小嘗試。如果很多人還是希望像舊版本那樣不用跳轉到輸入畫面，只在同一個畫面就可以輸入，我可能再思考看看怎樣排版才好。
因為把東西全都打掉重做，版本與版本間的操作畫面一直動來動去的，敬希見諒；也希望參與公測的用戶如有什麼要求或建議，請不吝賜教，我會在有能力的範圍內嘗試看看。
