- resume the alarms when the app is updated and the user doesn't run the app manually- changed some translations to make it clearer that messages as well will pass through the whitelist
- added an option to ignore messages (SMS, WhatsApp, etc...) so chatty friends not actually calling won't wake you up (Advanced menu)
