How many times have you abandoned your goals because you didn’t have support? And you are not alone at all. We all need help to reach our goals.
At Uloo, we strongly believe that every individual can become even better by progressing together. We are convinced that together, we can reach our goals and help each other along the way to build healthy habits.
When you work on your personal growth, you need a tool to rely on, something that helps you grow and push yourself to become who you want to be. The best way to start working on your goal is to work on it daily, make it a habit.
This is why we built Uloo, the app that helps you to build new habits together by joining unique Guided Team Challenges especially designed by our Uloo coaches. Be accountable to your team and to your coach and enjoy this new human experience.
★ HOW IT WORKS ★
1. Download “Uloo”.
2. Create your account using Facebook, Google or Email.
3. Join Team Challenges: pick from these categories Heart and Mind, Career and Skills or Hobbies and Passion.
4. Complete tasks: in order to keep you engaged, put the new insights into practice and build new habits, the coach will assign you tasks on a regular basis.
5. Join LIVE sessions: most challenges will include LIVE sessions, hosted via Zoom, where you can: get to know your coach & teammates, directly experience their coaching, be able to ask questions and have a conversation around the challenge theme.
6. Share your experience in the challenge chat: At Uloo, you're never alone. Our aim is to enable you to share your journey with like-minded people, so we highly encourage interaction with your challenge buddies and your coach in the Uloo chat! This will not only keep you accountable during the challenge, but also help you network or make new friends!
7. Book a coaching session directly from the app.
Uloo links your Mindful Sessions with the Apple Health app.

- Redeem easily your coupon for your next 1:1 session with your favorite coach. Directly navigate to their coach profile and press "Redeem Coupon".
- We've made it easier to access directly the chat between a coach and a coachee.
- We've improved our chat with some stability improvements.
