The sleep monitor section will tell you all about it. Sleeping is the time when the repairs and care of your body cells take place. Make sure you give it quality time.
Our heart rate monitor could be your health alarm
One of the most unique features of the FitMe Health App is that it continuously checks your heart rate. An unusual reading will forewarn you towards an approaching health hazard. Thus, making you more mindful of your everyday health habits.
On the FitMe App, a calorie counted is a calorie lost
