CDS Violations - Handbook of road traffic violations is an application that uses the internet connection to access the contents of Dr.'s Egaf Handbook quickly and easily. Giandomenico Protospataro.
To access the Handbook you must be a subscriber. The subscription is for a calendar year, from the activation date to the following December 31st.
OFF-LINE CDS VIOLATIONS (emergency)
The "Off-line CDS violations" function has been implemented to allow the drafting of reports even in the absence of connection, but is designed to be used only in emergency situations, since it contains limited information that needs to be updated, therefore its continuous use for a few days.

The main advantages of the app include real-time updating of the Egaf Handbook, email notifications for news, hypertextual navigation between sanction hypotheses and the possibility of directly consulting the articles of the Highway Code via the ITER database.

Highway Code search: simply enter the CDS article number to find the relevant sanctioning hypotheses.
Search Other regulations: to search for sanctions referring to "other regulations" on road traffic, other than the CDS (e.g. law 298/74, DLG 286/2005, DLG 152/2006, etc.).
Alphabetical Search: a list of keywords in alphabetical order followed by one or more sentences that complete the description.
Search Summary: a systematic index of the app to "browse" all the content. It is also a hierarchical consultation of the CDS articles.
CDS SANCTIONS PROCESS
Online thematic database: allows consultation of legislation, administrative practices and jurisprudence cited in the Handbook and also contains in-depth information on the CDS (at least one comment for each article).

The handbook, the result of the scrupulous study of the legislation and the direct experience of the author, contains all the cases of violations of the CDS and other road traffic regulations.
Any hypothesis of violation:
- is highlighted graphically with article, paragraph, description of the case, pecuniary and additional sanctions;
- contains the motivation, with the wording of the infringement, drawn up in such a way that it can be transcribed directly on the complaint reports;
- is complete with operational notes, with detailed procedural and practical indications, referring to concrete situations, for precise and immediate orientation in the operational phase.
Mainly aimed at those who carry out the investigation and prevention of infringements on the road, it is also useful for consultancy firms, driving schools, sector associations, etc.
CONDITIONS (In summary)
All Egaf products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws, therefore even partial reproduction is prohibited. To subscribe to online services, you must have a tablet or smartphone with an internet connection, pay the subscription fee and wait for the access password. The online services require a single-user license and are available 24 hours a day, except for periodic maintenance.
