VIGILO is the first APP that helps to easily and directly report to the Municipal Administration of Rome, through a smartphone or tablet, a series of violations that are the cause of the deterioration of the city every day.
VIGILO is used by over 6,000 Romans
Through the pop-up menu that also integrates easy access to the "Single Reporting System", it is possible to report, with a simple "tap on screen", via PEC, e-mail or telephone, the following violations:

● Abandoned vehicle
(before reporting, check through the 2 dedicated VIGILO functions if the vehicle is insured or if it is stolen, the report will in any case be forwarded and managed by the competent Environmental Protection Office)
● Irregular parking
(e.g. double row or no parking)
● Stop in the pedestrian area
● Stop at a pedestrian crossing
● Stop on curb / Severe Obstruction
● Parking on a reserved area
(e.g. parking for scooters-motorcycles)
● Parking on a space reserved for the disabled

(e.g. heaps of rubble, the report will in any case be managed by the competent Environmental Protection Office)

We recommend:
● attach a photo (max 3MB) of the detected violation (with license plate number) to each report. Reports remain confidential.
● in cases of numerous and repeated daily violations, ask for the intervention of "Street Control"
● report violations of the CdS even at night, considering longer reaction times due to the reduced availability of mobile intervention units, however compensated by the greater time available to intervene
