"My health": organize bills and health records using the app
As a health insured customer of Union Krankenversicherung (UKV), submit your medical bills and receipts to us digitally and free of charge. You can also use the functions of the electronic health record (medication plan, digital vaccination card, etc.).
You can use these services with the app:
• Manage and archive invoices
• Access to personal documents - anytime, anywhere
• Find doctors using the health partner search
• Create an individual income plan for medication
• Extensive information in the digital health magazine
• Fulfill the highest data protection and security requirements
Your health data is particularly important to us: "My health" meets all legal data protection and security requirements.
This results in the following necessary steps for your registration:
1. You collect your personal data.
2. You decide on a TAN procedure (SMS-TAN or via the authenticator app).
3. You log in with your user name and password
as well as entering the TAN.
4. You set up a super PIN. This protects against unintentional data loss should you ever forget your password.
