The App was developed in response to the needs expressed in a Focus Group by journalists, as a personalized channel to facilitate their work in disseminating institutional information.
With this in mind, the Featured Section was designed and developed, with the latest content published (news, press releases, circulars and messages), enriched by the Events Agenda.
In version 3.1, the following was added:
- a button next to the last Message and the last Circular to view the list and open the details of the last 10 messages and the last 10 circulars published on the INPS portal;
- the push notification service with access links to each new content published.
- the function to collect user feedback, which makes the mask appear the third time you access the app to allow you to send your evaluation of the user experience with suggestions for improvement.
The management back end also allows the real-time publication and dissemination of editorial content (Latest and Latest data released) with email notification services to journalists and accredited users to immediately highlight all the news.
The latest 10 press releases and the latest 10 news published on the portal are available in the Press Releases and News section. Furthermore, from the icon of the map of Italy (below) it is possible to access the News from the territory, to see the news published by the INPS regional and metropolitan coordination directorates, with instant email notification to the local press journalists accredited by the territorial structures or to the users who accredit themselves via the appropriate function of the App.
In fact, in version 3 the accreditation functionality has been completed, which also allows citizens to keep informed by requesting the daily Newsletter and the weekly Newsletter with a summary of news from the territorial Directorates.
The Accreditation function also allows the possibility of modifying/updating accreditation data from the desktop, thanks to a web front end that completes the App to facilitate journalists.
With the INPS Press Office App you always bring institutional information with you on the move and at your desk.
