these 2 permissions are necessary to be able turn off (lock) your screen if you use "Timer" feature.
If you have enabled DeviceAdmin (must be explicitly allowed in device settings) and your Sleep Timer count down to 0, it will turn off the app and also immediately turn off your display.
READ_PHONE_STATE
To detect incomming phone call to mute/turn off the player. The app doesn't use or store any sensitive data like your phone number in anyway.
