First of all, start gathering paper pulp to make tissue. Get the pure paper pulp from wood fiber of trees.
Process Wood Pulp:
Add all the components in a mixing tank along with wood pulp and color the paper according to your desire. You need to take care of the pulp and separate it from the mixture tank when it is in the fine condition.
Pressing:
Now add the processed pulp in the heating drum made of steam. Here water will be separated from the fiber and you will get delicate fabric. Get the dry fabric which will be used as fine tissues. Separate tissue rolls from the tank and sends it from packing.
Converting jumbo rolls into packets:
Get jumbo rolls of tissues from the converting machine and cut with the blade into smaller rolls or pack them into packets.
After completing the whole process next step is to load all of the packages in the truck and deliver them to the customers, at shopping malls or in the stores.
