Keep The Account is the free APP (for those who already use the service) to keep your business invoices under control, even when on the move.
The application allows you to view data related to the active and passive cycle, allowing you to have, wherever you are, the same updated situation that you can see in the office.
Accessing with a simple click and using your credentials Keep the Account, you are in the main control panel from which you can:
• always monitor the status of active documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.) sent to customers *;
• check at any time any passive documents received from suppliers *;
• send new invoices (previously created in desktop version) to customers *;
• view, print, email and share passive invoices (XML or PDF) received from suppliers *;
(*) each transmission requires the use of the Zucchetti Digital Hub (also in an invoice package format).
Once logged in, the app allows you to check the status of active invoices to individuals, the Public Administration or passive invoices received.
It will be possible to view all the documents in chronological order and with the relative status (eg "to be delivered", "delivered", etc.); You can also apply filters to view only what interests you.
