FamilyMode uses the VpnService API to enforce parental controls restrictions on child devices.

Parents are notified whenever the accessibility permission is disabled on their child’s device. Enabling this permission prevents removal of the FamilyMode app and VPN. This also allows the device to be locked during Bedtime and Off Times.
