Skills are exercises to help you to refocus on the here and now. These exercises can improve your therapy experience, especially when using dialectical behaviour therapy or DBT.
There is an indication of the acceptance of the Skills app provided by BPD/PTSD patient feedback. By using the Skills app you have to determine together with your therapist whether the anti-dissociation skills / stress tolerance skills work for you or not. There is no claim to general effectiveness, we are currently working on that. By using the Skills app you have taken note of this and agree to our terms and conditions.
