We are Ruuky - the bank account for young people.
(Including Debit Mastercard and no account maintenance fees!)
In cooperation with Mastercard we offer you your own bank account including a Debit Mastercard as well as a banking app, which was developed especially for the needs of young digital people. You can conveniently pay offline, online, mobile and of course worldwide. Our bank accounts have no overdraft and can not go into minus at any time. So you can pay online like you would with a credit card, but you can never overspend by accident. No risk of getting into debt at any time!
Our bank accounts can be opened by people residing in Germany or Austria right now!
What is a Ruuky Debit Mastercard?
A Debit Mastercard is NOT a credit card. As with a German Girocard (EC card), the payment is charged directly from the account. However, our Debit Mastercard can be used at over 70 million points of acceptance worldwide. This means that you have all the advantages of a credit card, but can only spend your current budget. Super safe!

Account opening:
You are over 18 years old?
Then you can open your new bank account including the Debit Mastercard immediately and in a few minutes in the app. After that, you'll get immediate access to all important features and can order your Debit Mastercard.
Are you under 18?
That's easy, too! Then a parent can complete the account opening process for you digitally in just a few minutes. Simply download the app, open an account and share it with your parents. Your parents can activate your bank account easily and fast. By the way, one parent is enough to activate the account.
During account activation, your parents get their own web access, with which they can top up the bank account in real time and use a recurring pocket money assistant. In addition, the web access gives them the option to freeze or block the Ruuky Debit Mastercard in case of emergency. This access for parents will automatically expire once you turn 18 years old.
When is the account activated?
To get a first impression of your new bank account, you first open a user account. This will give you access to the discovery feed and allow you to browse the banking app. To activate the bank account, simply follow the instructions in the app and all other features will be activated automatically with it.
Security:
Of course, we are subject to all European guidelines for payment service providers and are regularly audited. External companies inspect our technical systems, such as the apps and our website, as well as our internal processes.
You can find more information about Ruuky on our website: www.ruuky.money or on Instagram as well as on TikTok.
